What should I wear?

Dress is formal garden attire.  The wedding and reception will be outdoors please dress accordingly.  The daily average temperature in April in Spicewood, Texas are high of 81 and low of 57.

Where do I stay?

There is no hotel booked for the wedding.  There are hotels within a 30 minute drive of the venue.  So choose your favorite Hilton, Marriot, SPG, IGH, Boutique, Airbnb, Vu(something)

Rental Cars?

The venue is located about an hour drive northwest of Austin International Airport.  Rental car/truck (its Texas after all) is the recommended mode of transportation.

Where will the wedding and reception take place?

Both the wedding and reception will take place at Cyprus Valley Wedding and Event Center in Spicewood, Texas.  The address is 1223 S Paleface RR, Spicewood TX, 78669.  There is no shuttle service to the venue.

Are children invited?

Due to the many opportunities for falling and landing, we have decided to generally not invite children.

Will the wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting the wedding and reception will be outdoors.  The wedding will be held in the Creekside Amphitheatre, a hillside amphitheater with extraordinary views.  The reception will be held steps away in the Cliffside Reception Pavilion, open to the star-studded Texas sky.  In the event of inclement weather the reception will be held in the Tidewater tent.

Does the venue have bathrooms?

Yes, the venue has bathrooms.

What happens after the ceremony?

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.  The bridal party will join guest shortly after the ceremony.

Is there a Room Block? Where do we stay?

There is no hotel booked for the wedding.  There are hotels within a 30 minute drive of the venue. 

When and how should I RSVP?

RSVP by January 10, 2020 via postcard.  A stamped RVSP postcard was sent in your invitation.  If you have misplaced the RSVP postcard please e-mail ATAGERT [at] LIVE.COM.  Please include children in your response.

Where are you registered?

We are registered at Amazon.com. And we are still working on filling out the list.

Can I take and post pictures of your wedding to social media?

Sure. We do need to decide on the hashtag.
